As the President of this company I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your business. Even though I come from the heavy-duty truck industry, there is one thing I firmly believe you can apply to any industry. Don't just meet, but exceed customer expectations, give them a good value for the money spent, and success will surely follow. Over the last couple of years I have noticed a huge need in the RV industry……..good service! I have listened, and heard, how many of you have experienced unpleasant service from RV dealers and other service centers. This has prompted me to steer my company towards this need. There is another philosophy I strongly believe in. Treat your employees with the respect they deserve, and simply take good care of them. That is why I would like to take a few minutes of your valuable time and introduce you to my team. I feel incredibly privileged and blessed to have each one of them. Debbie has been with the company since August 2005. Her position is critical to the smooth operation “behind the scenes”. Although her official position is office manager, Debbie is incredibly skilled in all facets of business. Her willingness to wear many hats in the company has made her a very valuable asset. Keep on your toes, because whether she is answering the phone or collecting your money, you can be guaranteed joy and enthusiasm rarely seen.
