ERIC  - PRESIDENT

As the President of this company I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your business. Even though I come from the heavy-duty truck industry, there is one thing I firmly believe you can apply to any industry. Don't just meet, but exceed customer expectations, give them a good value for the money spent, and success will surely follow. Over the last couple of years I have noticed a huge need in the RV industry……..good service! I have listened, and heard, how many of you have experienced unpleasant service from RV dealers and other service centers. This has prompted me to steer my company towards this need. There is another philosophy I strongly believe in. Treat your employees with the respect they deserve, and simply take good care of them. That is why I would like to take a few minutes of your valuable time and introduce you to my team. I feel incredibly privileged and blessed to have each one of them. I am also looking forward to hand picking many more quality people to help me run this organization as we continue to grow. I truly enjoy investing in people and helping them be the best they can be. One last thing. Please feel free to email me anytime with compliments or complaints. We are human and subject to imperfections, but we cannot improve unless we know about our errors. GARRY  - SERVICE MANAGER

Garry has been with the company since August 1997. His incredible patience and knowledge has gained respect and creditability from customers and fellow employees. Garry manages to always be to work on time and ready to take on any tasks that are thrown his way. His hard work and dedication has made him a leader in this industry. So much so, that “go to lunch Garry” is a work in progress, because he won’t walk away with anything incomplete or unresolved. That is what makes great customer service. By the way Garry, “Thanks for coming to work”!!

GREG - PARTS MANAGER

Greg has been with the company since January 2005. He stepped into the position of parts manager with a lot of reorganization that needed to be done. He has exceeded all expectations and turned the parts department into a very functional, organized system. You can call Greg the detail man, because of his wonderful skills of breaking down and sorting out paperwork. This makes everybody's’ job easier. Greg is also an employee who comes to work on time and is dedicated to his job. If you see him with a serious look on his face, it is because getting the right part for your coach quickly isn’t easy. But don’t let this fool you. Once you get to know him....there is a real softy inside, always willing to help out. Sorry Greg…...the truth prevails!

 

 

 

 

 

JOSE - TECHNICIAN

Jose has been with the company since August 2004. What can we say about Jose besides the raw truth! He is a very dedicated technician and an absolute pleasure to work with. Jose will do anything to help out where needed, whether he is asked or not. He is always willing to listen and learn. He takes on jobs and tackles them with all he has. Jose is not afraid to take advice and build from it. He is happy to perform large projects or the small menial tasks. KUDOS to you Jose. He is a wonderful family man and always has a friendly hello and smile for you. Thanks Jose for being part of our team!

 

 LARRY - TECHNICIAN
 
Larry joined our team here at Lodi RV Center in early October 2006 as a very knowledgeable technician. His specialty emphasizes on mostly coach work.  He has proved himself as a dependable hardworking individual who is always at work on time. At first he may come across very quiet, but once you get to know him….you will find that he has a fun & kind personality that gives everyone a laugh.  We feel very fortunate to have him here and are looking forward to a long work relationship. Thanks Larry for making our team shine a bit brighter!!
 

JOHN  - TECHNICIAN

Van joined us in January 2006. We hit the lotto when we got Van (Yes...his name is John...but prefers Van). He has over 20 years experience in the RV service industry and it shows with his great work ethics, wisdom and the ability to plow through any job. There is no doubt that we can learn a lot from him. He always has a smile on his face and is just the kind of person you can enjoy being around.

DEBBIE - OFFICE MANAGER

Debbie has been with the company since August 2005. Her position is critical to the smooth operation “behind the scenes”. Although her official position is office manager, Debbie is incredibly skilled in all facets of business. Her willingness to wear many hats in the company has made her a very valuable asset. Keep on your toes, because whether she is answering the phone or collecting your money, you can be guaranteed joy and enthusiasm rarely seen.

JANE  - GENERAL MANAGER

Jane has been with the company, in part, since February 2002. She too has worn many hats in the company including office manager, controller, and general manager. She comes from a lifelong background in the automotive industry. Just to give you a hint, her maiden name is Weil, as in Weil Motors.  Don’t be afraid to stop in the front office and say hi, she is an absolute pleasure to meet. By the way, don’t buy another new car without talking to her first, really! She can save you thousands of dollars.
